Nekje se tale trot omenja kot potencialni investitor.....

I saw Christian Purslow, Liverpool Managing Director, say that investment in the club is likely to be forthcoming soon. Do you share his optimism?
I know for a fact that Christian Purslow is working incredibly hard to secure investment. His big problem is that he's basically inviting people to join the most dysfunctional family since the Simpsons. It's got to be a hard sell asking people to come on board with Hicks and Gillett.
@RyanBabel: Hey people, I got some disappointing news, I m not travelling 2 Stoke.. The Boss left me out the squad. No explanation

Bogami.....ZweisteinLiverpool co-owner George Gillett says the English Premier League team is just going through a "blip" and that manager Rafa Benitez has been tossed a curve ball by injuries.
"I think that's been a real challenge to the coach," Gillett told Roger Sportsnet's "Prime Time Sports" in a telephone interview Monday. "He's had to really make some innovations and play some players out of position and so forth. And notwithstanding that, they've generally played with a lot of passion. I really believes it's a blip."
The Reds currently stand seventh in the English Premier League with a 10-7-4 record. The team is coming off a league tie with Stoke and a loss to second-tier Reading in the FA Cup.
Gillett said he and co-owner Tom Hicks were united in their view of Benitez, whom he noted is under a longterm contact.
"We believe it you were to put a list together of the top five coaches, managers in the world, he would definitely be on that list for us. And we think he's been tossed a curve ball by circumstance, injuries and so forth."
Gillett says the team had been making a "marvellous recovery" from injuries until a game against Sunderland in October when Liverpool gave up a goal that bounced in off a beach ball that had been thrown onto the pitch.
"That was a real low blow," he said. "He's had a struggle getting the morale of the boys back up. But we've got a great group of young men."Liverpool, which was eighth going into that match, lost 1-0.

A refreshing analysis by an aspiring young expert....Kriza.

you cheeky bastars.... BarrettWell forgive me George if I suggest that your latest backing of Benitez is bulls***. It amounts to nothing more than a convenient soundbite and is as transparent as your reasons for buying Liverpool Football Club
But now, all of a sudden, because it suits your sales pitch to anyone desperate enough to invest in a club run by two individuals whose mere presence in English football makes a mockery of the Premier League’s fit and proper persons test, you expect the world to swallow your latest soundbite.
